Project Director: Midstream company - oil & gas industry. Houston-based, corporate HQ position, high visibility, fast-paced environment.
* Minimum 15 years experience in oil & gas, at least 10 years in Project Management, ie., gas plant, pump or compressor stations, major pipelines
* Engineering degree, prefer Chem.E. with detailed engineering and construction experience
* Experience purchasing equipment in the field
* Experience managing contractors
*Compensation: Base salary; $180K, plus bonus, benefits

Assistant Controller: E&P company, Houston HQ based. Lead operations accounting staff of 65 - 75, report to CAO.
* Accounting / Finance Degree and CPA
* Minimum 10 - 15 years experience in the O&G industry
* Excellent leadership skills and desire to lead entire accounting group within 1 - 3 years
* Compensation: Base salary; $175 - 200K, plus bonus, equity, benefits
